Today and yesterday Lars was on a little visit in Oslo Fla, (near Vero Beach) unfortunately I don’t think there is a post office there otherwise we would have mailed the letter from there. It seems like Lars had a grand time. He went to the movies yesterday, and today we sailed to pick him up in Oslo. Instead of Lars we have the son of those people on board, a big boy of 15 who knows how to sail, we take it easy today, the strange signs on the little card we sent to you was the ladies address of course over here the towns are built in squares which are called blocks and the one side there are streets and the other side the avenues and these only have numbers, S.W. means South West district, if you ask how far away it is to some place they answer so and so many blocks instead of kilometers. We have met a lady who was interested in stamps. She got some from us and promised to mail some to you when she reached home. She was on vacation now. Her name is Mrs. Helga All, Route 1, Illinois. Lars has now been brought home again. He told terrible stories such as, It sure was a good thing
that we met all those men in Miami otherwise Mama would probably never have got her baby. He was referring to all the people that brought the baby things.
