Look now we are starting anew. When Peter gave the letter for you to the mailman, he gave us one from you, so we held it back to answer you right away. We have not really gone into ” Hibernation “, neither have we tried to go far into the canal, that was only our dinghy that was washed up in the foreign ministry. We also haven’t been ill. We are through (fed up) with the winter. Peter’s leg as you see now is not worse, he could swing the pen, and there is no other excuse than laziness for not writing so long. The little girl on the Club ship has measles and Lars and Anna were there the first day to visit her and didn’t catch it and now they got it over with. the business part is not so easy to answer. 7000 is of course not much, but still it’s better than nothing, why business …. not first offer the other creditors 20%, then there will probably 20 % for Maie and me. What does it really mean accord? Do you get 7000 paid out then, if not, we probably would get the interest and even if Frederik owed me 4 or 7000, in case this comes through, we didn’t hate any use of having the money in the house, wouldn’t it be better to keep the house! What about a Check? (allowance) For me it was probably the best how it worked out this winter when 1 got 50 Knonen a month with interest. If there comes an accord, I have complete confidence in you. In regards to Esters cloth for Anna of course I can get it when we coma to Copenhagen this summer. There is no reason to give the Belgian’s too much duty money. About our dinghy we haven’t heard anything except from you, if it is laying in Copenhagen, we would like to pick it up this summer, then we can sell the dinghy we now have. If it should happen another time that our dinghy has been found doesn’t necessarily have to be a sign that we disappeared. Since dinghy’s very easily goes adrift and sails its own seas otherwise, I don’t have any news. About Lars’ talking, Peter has already written, about Anna’s behaving there is not much to tell, she can neither stand nor walk nor crawl that little slowpoke she is.
At last many loving greetings from your ‘adoring Else.
