Sweet Life Vegi Burger Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup chopped red onion
1 cup shredded carrot
1 cup chopped celery
3 cloves minced garlic
Directions:
combine above ingredients in a large bowl
wash and clean your grains
1/2 cup short grain brown rice
1/2 cup lentils
1/2 cup wheat berries
cook your grains in 3 cups of water till water gone
combine vegi's w/ cook grain's and bind with 2-3 beaten eggs...you want it to be goopy but not too much egg that it's runny.
Heat vegi oil in a large frying pan and put as much in to make the size you want...I make mine the size of a pita pocket bread.
Put cheddar cheese on when you flip...don't flip until well cooked on the 1st side!!
Cover to melt the cheese.
Open up a pita pocket, spread Mayo on both sides, place cooked vegi burger on one side add sprouts,
sliced tomato & avocado...cover with other side...cut in half...Eat and Enjoy...ahhhh de Sweet Life!!!
