* 1 tsp dried thyme
* 1 tsp dried parsley
* 1 tsp dried chives
* 1 tsp fresh ground black pepper
* 1 tsp celery leaves
* 1 tsp mace
* 1 tsp cardamom
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* 2 tsp sea salt or table salt
Directions:
Pound ("pung") it all up in a mortar and pestle until fine. Double or triple up and store for future use.
