Haly’s death was ruled by his disappearence. Family Story is that Haly won a Lottery in St. Thomas and was killed for the money. He disappeared in St. Thomas and his body was never recovered. He was last seen at the entrance of Pineapple Beach Hotel. Authorities did little to nothing to find the truth of his disappearence or publish anything.
